The success stories from our past mentoring rounds has inspired United Europe to continue the programme with new mentees and mentors on a yearly basis. The mentorship initiative, connecting young leaders with experienced executives, promises a valuable intergenerational exchange. It offers the chance to tap into the knowledge of seasoned professionals, accelerating their learning and career growth. Additionally, it provides a unique opportunity to present and discuss projects they passionate about.
How to become a United Europe Advocate?
Each year, United Europe corporate and individual members have the opportunity to nominate candidates or apply to the program. Applications are reviewed by a selection committee and matched. Finally, a new cohort of Mentors and Mentees will be working together. You have to be a member of United Europe to participate in the program.

Who are the mentees?
Nominated young leaders from corporate and individual members and former participants of Advocacy Seminars: 28-40 year old professionals with a corporate, policy or media background.
Mentoring takes place in 1:1 conversations via Zoom/telephone or in-person approximately 2 to 4 hours per month.
